• Undertook a shift time utilisation analysis for Bus driver signon and signoff activities across 6 Depots,
• Completed a Bus and Light Rail Operations Control Centres efficiency analysis, and undertook an analysis of the current Management Operating System (MOS) environment, in particular their workforce planning mechanisms, and provided recommendations for system improvement.

Achievements;
o Provided more formalised process management utilising updated work standards, and a revised shift structure to deliver better customer service at a decreased cost to serve, including the reduction of 10% to 40% lost time for Day and Night Shifts respectively.
o Delivered recommendations for operations system improvements.
