• Analysed the opportunity to streamline 550 forms / related documents supporting 100 business processes.
• Undertook a complete analysis of Processes to Forms duplications and opportunities for consolidation.
• Undertook the detailed analysis, redesign, and User Acceptance Testing of 2 core forms related to Vehicle Registration Renewal, and Driver Licensing Renewal.
• Developed user procedures and trained users.

Achievements;
o Built a Forms to Fields mapping tool to allow capture and management of field, forms, processes, to support ongoing systems development and data integrity maintenance.
