Project Manager delivering process improvements and business requirements to support Point of Sale (POS), ERP, Warehousing, Finance and Membership systems replacement.

Achievements;
• Mapped 66 ‘As Is’ priority business processes, depicting activities, roles, hand-offs, IT systems, and produced key operational metrics (cycle time, cost and FTE requirements)
• Built a clear picture of the process ‘choke points’, and established reasons
• Clearly defined the Roles identified in a process, and their responsible activities
• Developed a set of high level requirements for future processes which provided the most optimum way of doing business, especially from a cycle time perspective, but also ensuring minimum delivery cost
• Provided objective Business Requirements for inclusion into an RFP to support solution identification and selection.
• Completed entire project inside 8 elapsed weeks.
