Senior Consultant as part of the Newport Consulting team (partner company) conducting a Water Services Process Efficiency Analysis in support of a Business Review of current Operations Management.
• Mapped and analysed 60 Asset Maintenance, Service Management, Roster & Overtime Management, Access Control and Reporting processes,
• Undertook quantitative analysis using workflow modelling software to derive key metrics of unit work and cycle times, FTE requirements per process, to be utilised in the definition and implementation of a Services & Asset Maintenance Management Operating System (MOS).
• Undertook process critique and identification of utilisation improvement opportunities.
Achievements;
o Supported the development of requirements for future process flows and operational management frameworks as part of the design phase of the project.
