Process mapping and analysis in Facilities Management system replacement
Project Manager supporting 2 Process Analysts in process mapping and analysis during selection of a replacement Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) to support a multitude of activities within core SHFA AMS processes within the Asset Management Services Division.
• Determined the current operation (15 ‘As Is’ Asset Management processes) in detail, though process mapping and identification of opportunities for improvement
• Conducted process modelling, analysis, and identification of opportunities for improvement for 15 detailed processes within Asset Management Services
• Redesigned new (‘To Be’) process designs clearly showing how the new operation may look, with business requirements for the enabling of the new process.
• Produced 5 Business Requirement documents associated with each ‘To Be’ process map, indicating changes to systems, processes and policy and referencing the SHFA URS system functionality.
