Senior Consultant delivering information risk assessment within Financial Reporting Division, through analysis of process and data issues underlying the production of over 300 management reports;
• Produced an assessment of risk and exposure by report
• Prioritised which reports to address first, based on potential exposure
• Developed practical recommendations as to how to minimise these risks or eliminate them in the future.

Achievements:
The project had objectively reduced the analysis volume to a manageable level and the graphical result also ensured stakeholders could see how their reports compared against others. As a result, and the implementation of the recommendations, 4 major outcomes were achieved for the bank;
o The elimination of major errors and exposure to error.
o A substantially better report production process.
o An improved level of confidence in their priority management reports.
o The conversion of unknown risks to known ones.
