Lead a team of 2 Consultants and a Functional Leads Team of 6 on multiple projects;
• Business Process Improvement including high level Business Requirements definition and Quick Wins program identification across 30 processes within the Production operations of the Ammonia Plant,
• Business Process scoping (awaiting improvement) within the Maintenance operations of the Ammonia Plant, and the Procurement function in Head Office
• Procedure development for redesigned Production processes.

Achievements;
o Commenced the implementation of a Quick Wins program, plus all non I/T solution-dependent remedial actions to various processes.
o Defined the Business Requirements to secure application development, hardware, user training, and ongoing support for 5 key mobile apps for Operators (eg Operator Readings, Water / Chemicals Monitoring, Handover Reporting, Housekeeping, Tier 1 (Operator) Continuous Improvement).
