Process mapping, analysis, improvement redesign

Multiple Process Mapping, Analysis, Improvement Redesign, Performance Support, and Governance Projects;
• Process mapping, analysis, improvement redesign, and capture of high-level business requirements for change within 30 key Customer Service processes, including workspace and staffing consolidations, new IT system implementations, and significant operational re-organisations.
• Definition and analysis of 60 key financial processes, with a view to operational improvements, as well as informing the wider initiative of selecting and implementing a new Financial and Operations Management / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Finance functions impacted included Procurement, AP, AR, Payroll Accounting, Fixed Asset Management, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting & General Ledger, Treasury, Taxation, Statutory Reporting & Group Accounting.
• Process mapping of 30 imminent, Future State (‘To Be’) Human Capital Management processes, aligned with a new HRM system being implemented, for user reference and to support operating procedure writing.
• Throughput modelling of 10 waste sites and development of a volume and capacity scenario analysis model.
• 2 Consultants each supporting the Resource Reclamation Plant Expansion project through the maintenance of Project Scheduling and management tools for the Construction project and the Operational Readiness project, respectively.
• Providing selected IT system and infrastructure support (Specialist Consultant / Project Manager) to the current expansion program at the Eastern Creek Resource Centre.
• Designed, implemented and integrated an IT application system to record and manage the Time & Attendance of workers whilst being fully compliant with prevailing employment laws covering retention of records and accurate pay. This included the development and implementation of a company-wide, site and department naming convention within the HR and Payroll systems.
• Developed an IT application system to enable onboarding candidates to have their network credentials available for their first day of employment, allowing them access to eLearning resources, whilst delivering productivity savings.
• Implemented 'Blink', a social media platform used for internal communications and information sharing.
