• Analysis of current (‘As Is’) Assets Mgt. processes and identification of opportunities for improvement,
• Definition of future (‘To Be’) process and associated high level business requirements.

Achievements;
o The Process Inventory identified 15 key Asset Management business processes, all candidates for further detailed analysis and improvement. Unfortunately, owing to an impending restructure, the project was put on hold, and has yet to recommence.
