As part of the Newport Consulting team delivering process modelling, analysis, to support operational improvements;

  • Mapped and analysed over 60 processes relating to Asset Management, Project Management, infrastructure Maintenance, and Business Services,
  • Undertook quantitative analysis using workflow modeling software to derive key metrics of unit work and cycle times, FTE requirements per process,
  • Such metrics would be utilised in the definition and implementation of a Services and an Asset Maintenance Management Operating System (MOS),
  • Undertook process critique and identification of utilisation improvement opportunities,
  • Supported the development of requirements for future process flows and operational management frameworks as part of the design phase of the project.
