Marketing process analysis – Process mapping, analysis and redesign within Product and Brand Marketing functions, to consolidate existing approaches and provide a consistent method and standardised procedure across the Australia / New Zealand region;
- Identified key Marketing processes, taking marketing functions across Category Management and Communications, across multiple organisational positions and in sub regions
- Consolidated this into a Process Inventory depicting a basic Marketing process architecture, the detailed Marketing processes, their purposes, scope, participating roles, and key information systems involved.
- Reviewed the Inventory with senior Marketing management, and identified the priority processes for detailed mapping and further analysis, and subsequent redesign and optimisation.
