- Finance process standardisation – process mapping, analysis and improvement of 50 AP / Procurement processes, in support of ERP system rollout, across 8 regional ‘silos’. Included performance metrics, business case development,
- Community Care system replacement – mapped and redesigned 30 care delivery processes, aligning Commonwealth Care Standards, goals, process features, SLAs, KPIs, management points, FTE requirements, and chosen IT system capabilities,
- Incident and Risk Management process redesign – Project managed a Business Analyst in mapping and redesigning 13 key processes, definition of user requirements.
