Major Finance Service Transformation program involving 15 Divisions, their business processes and associated systems
- Source-to-Contract, & Procure-to-Pay areas – process mapping and analysis in support of new systems requirements,
- Implementation of a business analysis ‘centre of excellence’, to support 30 independent Business Analysts during this business transformation program,
- Plant Hire Services – Manage an Analysts building and implementing an interim plant hire allocation system and associated process and change management,
- Rostering – managing a team of 3 Senior Business Analysts during process reengineering and operational systems development in support of a major train crew rostering initiative.
