Water Services Process Efficiency Analysis in support of a Business Review of current Operations Management, Local Government.
- Mapped and analysed 10 Asset Management, Service Management, Roster & Overtime Management, Access Control and Reporting processes,
- Undertook quantitative analysis using workflow modeling software to derive key metrics of unit work and cycle times, FTE requirements per process. Such metrics would be utilised in the definition and implementation of a Services and an Asset Maintenance Management Operating System (MOS).
- Undertook process critique and identification of utilisation improvement opportunities.
- Supported the presentation of the findings and recommendations following the Business Review.
